Abstract

نحاول في هذه الورقة البحثية المعنونة ب: وظيفة "المشرف على السوق" في تيهرت الرستمية ودو رها في تنظيم التجارة الداخلية، أن نقدم عرضا عن أهم الوظائف التي أنيطت بصاحب هذه الوظيفة، ونعرف إلى أي مدى استطاع أن يؤدي دوره المكلف به ؟، فهو إذا يمارس مهنة الاحتساب المعروفة في المجتمع الإسلامي بهيئة الأمر بالمعروف والنهي عن المنكر، وبالتالي فهو ملزم بمراقبة الأسواق من حيث الوقوف على مدى التزام التجار بالمبادئ المتعارف عليها في التجارة كالالتزام بالضوابط الشرعية في البيع ا ولشراء وتجنب المعاملات المنبوذة شرعا مثل البيوع الفاسدة والربا والمضاربة والاحتكار، فضلا عن مراقبة المحيط في السوق من ناحية النظافة والرفق بالحيوان In this research paper entitled: The position of “market supervisor” in Tihart Al-Rustamiyah and its role in organizing internal trade, we attempt to provide a presentation on the most important functions assigned to the holder of this position, and to know to what extent he was able to perform his assigned role?
