مشروع الكمنويلث الإسلامي عند مالك بن نبي ومسألة تعزيز قيم الوحدة الوطنية في الجزائر

Abstract

يقدم هذا المقال منهجًا في التعامل مع المنظومة الفكرية لمالك بن نبي الذي يتشكل من ثلاث ركائز الخلفية التنظيرية، وتحليل الواقع، واقتراح المشاريع، هذه المحاور التي تنطلق من نظرته التحضرية وفق معادلة «إنسان + تراب + وقت - حضارة»، كل هذا يُعرض في نموذج الكومنويلث الإسلامي)، الذي يمثل نموذجا حضاريا للوحدة والتعايش، جعله مالك بن نبي جامعا إسلاميا تشاركيا في الهيكلة والوظيفة، تشاوريا في الرؤية والتنفيذ، لا مركزيا في البناء والإدارة، أساس غايته الرقي بعالم الأفكار وتطويرها بتوسيع مواقع الحضور العالمي للمسلم؛ عالم الأفكار الذي هو أساس محورية الإنسان في معادلة التحضر. وتقدم الدراسة صياغة لأهم المعالم المفصلية في هذا النموذج التي يمكن استصحابها في التنظير المعاصر لقضية تعزيز قيم الوحدة الوطنية، مع التركيز على الخصوصية الجزائرية، في بنائها الثقافي والاجتماعي، وبناء على الأثر التاريخي في هذه الثقافة، باستحضار روح الفكرة وحقيقتها، ومراعاة خصائص العصر، والوعي بأهم الإشكالات التي قد تعيق تنفيذها أو وضع أسسها. This article presents an approach in dealing of Malek Bennabi’s intellectual system, which consists of Three foundations: The theoretical background, analysis of reality, and proposing projects - these axes that stem from his civilizational outlook according to the equation “human + soil + time = civilization”, All of this is presented in the model of the “Islamic Commonwealth”, which represents a civilizational model of unity and coexistence, which Malik Bennabi made comprehensive. Islamic, participatory in structure and function, consultative in vision and implementation, decentralized in construction and management, the basis of whose goal is to advance the world of ideas and develop them by expanding the locations of the global presence of Muslims; The world of ideas, which is the basis of human centrality in the urbanization equation. The study presents a formulation of the most important critical features in this model that can be used in contemporary theorizing on the issue of strengthening the values of National Unity, with a focus on the Algerian specificity, in its cultural and social construction, and based on the historical impact on this culture, by evoking the spirit and truth of the idea, taking into account the characteristics of the era, and awareness The most important problems that may hinder its implementation or laying its foundations.
