تسعى هذه الدراسة إلى ملامسة وإبراز دور الموروث الشعبي في تعزيز الهوية الوطنية والقومية وفي حفظ كيان الأمة، بشقيه المادي واللامادي، لكونه مخزونها الروحي والثقافي والسجل الفكري والحضاري المبثوث في مأثوراتها الشعبية، انطلاقا من عملية استقراء الجملة المأثورات الشعبية والفولكلورية المادية واللامادية من حرف وفنون تقليدية ولباس تقليدي إلى الأغنية الشعبية الثورية، والأمثال والحكم، السير والملاحم والحكايات الشعبية ... و إبراز ما لهذه الأشكال التعبيرية الشعبية من دور بالغ الأثر في المحافظة على مقومات الأمة وحفظ تاريخها الحضاري والثقافي وتعزيز هويتها وكيانها، لكونها تجسد الجانب الحي من التراث الثقافي للجماعة والمجتمع، ودافعا معنويا وضروريا له، كما تعد مصدرا روحيا لا ينضب ولا يتوقف عطاؤه الإنساني وهو عامل نهضتها.This study seeks to touch and highlight the role of the popular heritage in strengthening the national and national identity and in preserving the nation's entity, in both its material and immaterial parts, because it is its spiritual and cultural stock and the intellectual and civilizational record enshrined in its popular traditions, based on a process of extrapolation of the group of material and immaterial popular and folklore traditions of crafts, traditional arts and clothing.
