Abstract

تتطرق هذه الورقة إلى تاريخ الصحافة المتخصصة في الجزائر، سواء كانت جزائرية أو أجنبية وتحديدا فرنسية: فترة الاستدمار الفرنسي)، أي بوادر ظهورها إلى غاية تطوّرها ما بعد الاستقلال وإلى يومنا هذا، بالوقوف عند مختلف السياقات التي ساهمت في ظهورها والأهداف التي كانت تخدمها أو السبب في نشأتها، الأمر الذي يُظهر لنا أهمية الصحافة المتخصصة في كل مرحلة زمنية معينة، والعوامل التي ساعدت على تطورها في الجزائر سياسية كانت أو اجتماعية أو اقتصادية أو إخراجية وحتى قانونية، إلى جانب الوقوف على أهم الصعوبات التي واجهتها وتواجهها This paper deals with the history of the specialized press in Algeria, whether it was Algerian or foreign (specifically French: the period of French colonialism), that is, the signs of its emergence until its post-independence development and to nowadays, by standing at the various contexts that contributed to its emergence and the goals it served or the reason for its establishment, which shows us the importance of specialized journalism at each particular time stage, and the factors that helped its development in Algeria, whether political, social, economic, directorial or even legal, in addition to identifying the most important difficulties it faced and will face..
