Abstract

هدفت الدراسة الحالية إلى تسليط الضوء على مدى تطبيق معايير الجودة التعليمية في إدارة الصف في المرحلة الابتدائية، و من أجل ذلك قمنا باستخدام المنهج الوصفي، وتمثلت أداة الدراسة في استمارة طبقت على عينة مكونة من 30 معلما و معلمة من المرحلة الابتدائية. توصلت نتائج الدراسة إلى أن معايير الجودة التعليمية في إدارة الصف في المرحلة الابتدائية تطبق بتقدير جيد، كما أنه توجد فروق دالة في تطبيق معايير الجودة التعليمية في إدارة الصف تعزى إلى الجنس و الخبرة المهنية، وأنه لا توجد فروق دالة إحصائيا في تطبيق معايير الجودة التعليمية في إدارة الصف تعزى إلى مؤسسة التخرج The current study aimed to shed light on the extent of the application of educational quality standards in classroom management in the primary stage, and for that we used the descriptive approach, and the tool was represented in a form applied to a sample of 30 male and female teachers from the primary stage. The results of the study concluded that educational quality standards in classroom management in the primary stage are applied with a good grade, and there are significant differences in the application of educational quality standards in classroom management due to gender and professional experience, and that there are no statistically significant differences in the application of educational quality standards In class management attributable to the graduation institution.
