Abstract

جاءت فكرة المقال للتعرف على دور مستشار التوجيه والإرشاد المدرسي والمهني كقائم على فعل التوجيه في مجال الوساطة المدرسية بالمؤسسات التعليمية للمساهمة في تخفيف من الصراعات والمشكلات التي يمكن ان تتواجد في الوسط المدرسي، حيث أظهرت النتائج ان له دور مهم وايجابي لعدة اعتبارات منها اختصاصه موقعه بالمؤسسة والمهام المنوطة به بالإضافة لتواجده كعضو في الفريق الإداري والتربوي دون ان ننسى ما نصت عليه الأطر التشريعية من مهام وممارسات وادوار مهنية فعلية في الميدان The aim of presenting the idea of this article is to identify the role of the counselor for school and vocational guidance and counseling, as based on the act of guidance in school mediation in educational institutions to contribute to alleviating conflicts and problems that may exist in the school environment. The results showed that he has an important and positive role for several considerations, including his specialization And his position and tasks entrusted to him in addition to his presence as a member of the administrative and educational team of the Foundation, without forgetting what the legislative frameworks stipulated in terms of tasks and actual professional practices in the field.
