Abstract

تعتبر الفتوى من السبل الدعوية التي ارتضاها الشيخ عبد اللطيف في مشروعه الإصلاحي، إدراك منه بأن الفتوى هي ضابط شرعي يمكن أن يكفل حياة المسلم في جميع جوانبها، ويلامس القضايا المصيرية للأمة الإسلامية. ارتكز فيها منهجه على إحياء المرجعية الفقهية ومذهب الإمام مالك والانتصار له ببيان آراءه وقوة حججه مع التوسع في بسط الأدلة وربط الأحكام المستنبطة بواقع الناس، ومن استقرائنا لمواقفه تلحظ فيها المنحى الدعوي والتربوي الإصلاحي العقائد وسلوكيات الأفراد ، بالنصح والتوجيه للعامة والخاصة لتحقيق أهداف عقدية روحية، تتلخص في تطبيق شريعة الله عز وجل في حياة الإنسان، وتحرير النفوس من التبعية والخضوع لغير دين الله عز وجل، ليصبح امتثاله الأوامره ونواهيه مجالا لتزكية النفوس وزيادة لإيمان المؤمن بربه عز وجل وتحقيقا لعبوديته التامة له. Fatwa is one of the propaganda methods soght by Sheikh Abdu llatif .Soltani .in his reform plan therefore, because he believed that the fatwa is a legal control that can guarantee the life of a Muslim in all its aspects, and addresses the fateful issues of Islamic world. His method is based on his views and the strength of evidence, the theory of Imam Malik and his victory, by explaining his opinions and the strength of evidence with the expansion of linking the extract and linking rulings reality of people, we have discovered propaganda and educational trends, that reform individual beliefs and behaviors, with public and private advice and guidance from officials, to achieve spiritual goals. It is summarized in the application of the law of God Almighty in human life, and the liberation of souls from dependence and submission other than the religion of God, so that his compliance with his orders and prohibitions becomes afield for purifying souls and increasing the faith of the believer in his lord and achieving his complete servitude to him.
