الأمراض النفسية والعقلية في المدينة المعاصرة دراسة ميدانية بولاية عنابة -

Abstract

إن التقدم الحضاري المتسارع في العالم عامة وفي الجزائر خاصة أدى إلى إفراز انحرافات اجتماعية شكلت عبئ على قدرة ومقاومة الناس في التحمل ومن ثم شكلت عليهم ضغوطا تستهدف النفس البشرية وينتج عنها نتائج سلبية على الجسد مما يؤدي إلى ظهور الأمراض النفسية ا ولجسدية على حد سواء . وتشكل المشكلات التي يعاني منها الإنسان سواء الفردية أو الاجتماعية أو الأسرية سببا في زيادة الضغوط وتهديد الكيان الإنساني خاصة مع ضغوط الحياة الحضرية المعاصرة وما أفرزته من تسارع غير مسبوق في طبيعة الحياة، والإحباطات المتتالية التي تصيبه كلها تساهم في زيادة الأمراض والاضطرابات النفسية والعقلية، فالمجتمع الذي يحول دون إشباع حاجات أفراده والذي يفيض بأنواع الحرمان والاحباطات والصراعات، والذي يشعر فيه الفرد بنقص الأمن والأمان كما أن التنافس الشديد بين الناس وعدم المساواة والصراع والاستغلال وانعدام الجاذبية الاجتماعية وعدم التوافق الاجتماعي وقطع العلاقات الاجتماعية، كل هذه الأسباب إلى جانب أسباب أخرى تؤدي الى اختلال في التركيبة النفسية للأف راد وظهور الامراض النفسية والعقلية خاصة في المدن الكبيرة مثل مدينة عنابة . و هذا المقال هو دراسة ميدانية بمدينة عنابة يهتم بموضوع الامراض النفسية و العقلية وعلاقتها بالعيش في المدينة بكل ضغوطاتها و مشاكلها، وكيف تأثر على الافراد في مختلف مستوياتهم ، وتوصلنا من خلالها الى تأكيد العلاقة بين زيادة معدلات الاصابة بالامراض النفسية و العقلية والعيش في المدن التي تشكل بيئة خصبة لارتفاع معدلات الاصابة بتلك الامراض. Accelerated cultural progress in the world in general and in Algeria in particular has led to social deviations that have placed a burden on people's endurance and resilience and thus put pressure on them to target the human psyche and result in negative consequences for the body, leading to the emergence of both psychological and physical illnesses. Human problems, whether individual, social or family, are a cause of increased stress and threat to the human entity, especially with the pressures of contemporary urban life and the unprecedented acceleration of the nature of life. And the successive frustrations that afflict him all contribute to increasing illnesses and mental disorders, A society that prevents the satisfaction of the needs of its members and overflows with disadvantages, frustrations and conflicts in which the individual feels insecure and secure and the intense competition between people, inequality, conflict, exploitation, social lack of attraction, social incompatibility and disruption of social relations, All these reasons, along with other reasons, lead to an imbalance in the psychological composition of individuals and the appearance of psychiatric and mental illnesses, especially in large cities such as Annaba. This article is field studyin the city of Annaba,concerned with the issue of psychological and mentalillnesses and their relationship to livingin the city with all its pressures and problems, and how it affects individualsat their various levels.through it,we reached confirmation of the relationship between the increased rates of psychological and mental illnesses and living in cities that constitute a fertile environment for high rates of infection with these dieseases.
