الإجماع العقدي عند ابن حزم من خلال كتابه"مراتب الإجماع في العبادات و المعاملات والاعتقادات

Abstract

يعتبر أبو محمد بن حزم الظاهري، من العلماء الأفداد، من حيث تضلعه في الفنون، وتميزه بالآراء والاجتهادات المكسوة قوة في الاحتجاج، وثقة خارقة في النتائج ، مع عدم اكتراث بمخالفة من خالف. و في باب من الإجماع في الاعتقادات يكفر من خالفه بإجماع ضمن كتابه " مراتب الإجماع في العبادات و المعاملات والاعتقادات"، بصمة من بصماته القوية، في أثناء كلامه عن الإجماعات العقدية، و ما يدور حولها من إشكالات. تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى تحليتها وتحليلها ببيان النقاط التالية: حقيقة الإجماع عند ابن حزم وعلاقته بالنص مدى إصابة ابن حزم فيما ادعاه من إجماعات عقدية، موقف ابن حزم من مخالف الإجماع، مكامن الدقة في إحصاء الإجماعات، مما يقوي الثقة بها، الفرق بين الإجماع و الاتفاق عند ابن حزم Abu Muhammad Ibn Hazm al-Dhaheri is considered one of the most powerful scholars in terms of his involvement in the arts, and his distinction with opinions and jurisprudence which is coated with a force of protest, and a extraordinary confidence in the results, with no regard for a violation of a violative. This study aims to clarify and analyze it, by showing the following points: The truth of the consensus in Ibn Hazm's opinion ،and its relationship to the Islamic text. The extent of the Ibn Hazm's hitting in what his allegation about doctrinal consensuses. Ibn Hazm's position from the contrary of consensus. The accuracy of the consensuses's counting, which strengthens confidence in them. The difference between consensus and agreement at Ibn Hazm.
