Abstract

لقد حاولت هذه الدراسة الميدانية معرفة ما هي الأشياء التي تطرحها العلاقة بين جودة حياة العمل وإدارة المعرفة لدى الأستاذ الجامعي ، فلا احد ينكر مستوى أهمية المورد البشري في هذا العصر الذي يسمى بعصر المعرفة لاسيما الأستاذ الجامعي ، على اعتباره حاملا وناقلا للمعرفة مجددا ومستنبطا وموزعا ومستخدما لها ، إلا أن حياته ضمن إطار تنظيمي معين تحكمه جملة من التفاعلات والعلاقات الرسمية وغير الرسمية بما يولد بيئة أو مناخ للعمل ، قد يؤثر بشكل أو بأخر على مدى ممارسته لهذه العمليات ، فمن المفترض أن يكون فضاءه وحياته ضمن هذا الفضاء صحية وفيها نوع من الجودة بالشكل الذي يمكنه ربما من توليد ، نشر ، توزيع لهذه المعرفة This applied study attempted to know what are the borders of the relation between the work life quality and the management knowledge of the teacher of the university, in this age called the knowledge’s age, no one denies the level of the importance that the human resource has reached; particularly the professor of the university to be considered as a manufacturer and the carrier of knowledge, by renewing ,extracting, spreading and using it. This whether is supposed to be one of his mission’s goals; yet in the reality it requires to provide a kind of a balanced life between his both internal and external environment, and the security and healthy based on the confidence to be reassure leading to the participation, and the generation, and the best usage of knowledge. So; is the work life of the teacher of the university at a level which allows him to practice the so called the management of the knowledge.
