مداخلة صناعة المعلومة التاريخية في اطار نظم المعرفة الذكية رؤية معاصرة

Abstract

في ظل التصاعد المستمر لحضور التقنيات الرقمية وأدوات الذكاء الاصطناعي في البحث التاريخي، بات من الضروري إعادة النظر في جميع مراحل ومكونات هذا المجال البحثي بما يتوافق مع متطلبات العصر الذكي سواء تعلق الأمر بالباحثين والمؤرخين، أو الأدوات والمنهجيات، أو آليات إنتاج المعرفة التاريخية. تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى استعراض التحولات المعاصرة التي تفرضها تقنيات الذكاء الاصطناعي ونظم المعرفة الذكية على صناعة المعلومة التاريخية، مع تبين سبل توظيفها في معالجة الوثائق التاريخية، واستخلاص المعلومات، وبناء قواعد بيانات معرفية ذكية، وتحليل الأنماط والعلاقات التاريخية، مع التركيز على التحديات المعرفية والمنهجية التي تصاحب هذا التحول. لتؤكد في الختام على أهمية تطوير نموذج معرفي هجين يجمع بين الخبرة البشرية والقدرات الذكية للأنظمة الاصطناعية، بما يضمن التحول من إنتاج معلومة تاريخية إلى صناعتها بشكل دقيق وموثوق، ويمكّن من تقديم معرفة تاريخية ذات طابع تفاعلي وابتكاري، تربط ماضي المجتمعات الإنسانية بحاضرها وتمهد لمستقبل أكثر تماسك وتطور . With the continuous rise of digital technologies and artificial intelligence tools in historical research, it has become necessary to re-examine all stages and components of this field of research in line with the requirements of the smart era, whether it concerns researchers and historians, tools and methodologies, or mechanisms for producing historical knowledge. This study aims to review the contemporary transformations imposed by artificial intelligence technologies and intelligent knowledge systems on the historical information industry, while identifying ways to employ them in processing historical documents, extracting information, building intelligent knowledge databases, and analysing historical patterns and relationships, with a focus on the epistemological and methodological challenges that accompany this transformation. In conclusion, it emphasises the importance of developing a hybrid epistemological model that combines human expertise with the intelligent capabilities of artificial systems, ensuring the transition from the production of historical information to its accurate and reliable manufacture, and enabling the provision of interactive and innovative historical knowledge that connects the past of human societies with their present and paves the way for a more cohesive and developed future.
