العلاقات العراقية الإيرانية: التحديات والرهانات

Abstract

عرف موضوع العلاقات العراقية الإيرانية اهتماما كبيرا من قبل الباحثين نظرا لأهميته في تحقيق الاستقرار للمنطقة وكذا على واقع البلدين الذي يتأثر كلاهما بتوجهات الآخر، ولهذا تهدف هذه الورقة لتوضيح أهم المشكلات والتحديات التي تواجه العلاقات بين البلدين، وكذا الرهانات التي تقع على عاتق صانع القرار لتجاوز التحديات، وبناء علاقات قوية تعود بالفائدة على البلدين، وتجنبهما الضغوطات والمشاكل ووضع حد لأي تدخل خارجي سواء كان إقليمي أو دولي في شؤون العلاقات الثنائية يمكن توظيفها لعلاقات افضل بين البلدين الجارين، وفي الأخير الوصول الجملة من النتائج والتوصيات أهمها على صانع القرار العراقي أن يضع في حسبانه توجهات السياسة الخارجية الإيرانية تجاه العراق، ومحاولة وضع حد لكل ما تسعى إليه خاصة مالا يتوافق مع مصلحة العراق The Iraqi-Iranian topic has received great interest from researchers, given its importance in achieving stability in the region, as well as on the reality of both countries, which are both affected by the orientations of the other, and this paper aims to clarify the most important problems and challenges facing the relations between the two countries, as well as the stakes that fall on the shoulders of the decision-maker to overcome challenges. Building strong and healthy relations that benefit the two countries, avoiding pressures and problems, and putting an end to any external interference, whether regional or international, in the affairs of the dual relations between the two countries, and in the end, arriving at a set of results and recommendations that are beneficial to both countries
