النزعة المقاصدية للدرس الحديثي عند الشيخ عبد الحميد بم باديس من خلال مجالس التذكير من الحديث الشير النذير

Abstract

هذه المداخلة تحاول الكشف عن الأبعاد المقاصدية التي تضمنها الدرس الحديثي الباديسي من خلال شرحه "مجالس التذكير من كلام البشير النذير"، وتناولها بالدراسة والتحليل في ضوء أحكام الشريعة ومقاصدها، وبيان مدى مساهمتها في خدمة السنة النبوية فقها وتنزيلا، فقد أولى الشيخ ابن باديس السنة النبوية اهتماما بالغا ؛ لما تكتسيه من أهمية في مجالات التشريع، والإصلاح المختلفة، وذلك من خلال الدرس الحديثي بمنهجية علمية خاصة تمكنه من تحقيق أهدافه التي تعد أهدافا جزئية تندرج ضمن الأطر الإصلاحية الكبرى للمشروع النهضوي. This intervention attempts to reveal the intentional dimensions included in the hadith study of Ibn Badis through his explanation of “Majalis al-Tadhkir min Kalam al-Bashir al-Nadhir,” and to study and analyze them in light of the rulings of Sharia and its objectives, and to show the extent of its contribution to serving the Prophetic Sunnah in jurisprudence and application. Sheikh Ibn Badis gave great attention to the Prophetic Sunnah because of its importance in the fields of legislation and various reforms, through the hadith study with a special scientific methodology that enables him to achieve his goals, which are partial goals that fall within the major reform frameworks of the Renaissance project
