Abstract

تهدف تهذه الورقة العلمية إلى بيان أن البحث العلمي حتى يحقق أهدافه و غاياته من جهة المردود المعرفي و ترقية الحياة و تيسيرها رهين بالأداب و القواعد و القيم التي تحكم الباحث، إذ إن أي اختراق أو تجاوز لهذه الأخلاقيات سيفقده المعايير التي يقاس بها مقدار صوابية سلوك الباحث العلمي، و إلتزامه بمعايير النزاهة و الموضوعية خلال إنجازه لبحثه، و لذلك عالجت موضوع منظومة الأخلاقيات و فلسفتها، و خلصت إلى أن أخلاقيات البحث العلمي لا تنفصل إطلاقا عن أخلاق الإنسان ذاته التي تشكّل في الحقيقة عنصرا مهما من عناصر ماهيته و إنسانيته، لذلك فالتركيز على صناعة الإنسان ذو القيم و المبادئء هو المنطلق الرئيس و الأساس لكل الأخلاقيات المرتبطة بمجالات النشاط الإنساني بما فيه البحث العلمي. This scientific paper aims to demonstrate that scientific research, in order to achieve its objectives and purposes in terms of cognitive output, improving life, and facilitating it, is dependent on the ethics, rules, and values that govern the researcher. Any violation or transgression of these ethics will strip it of the standards by which the correctness of the scientific researcher's conduct is measured, as well as their commitment to the standards of integrity and objectivity during the execution of their research. Therefore, the paper addressed the topic of the system of ethics and its philosophy, and concluded that the ethics of scientific research are absolutely inseparable from the ethics of the human being himself, which in reality constitute an important element of his essence and humanity. Thus, focusing on building the human being who possesses values and principles is the primary and fundamental starting point for all ethics related to the fields of human activity, including scientific research.
