موقف عبد الحق الإشبيلي من زيادات الرواة من خلال كتابه "الأحكام الوسطى"

Abstract

تـهدف هذه الدِّراسة إلى بيان موقف الإمام عبد الـحق من زيادات الرواة في الـحديث من خلال كتابه "الأحكام الوسطى"، وللإلـمام بـهذه الـمسألة قسمت الدراسة إلى مبحثين؛ الأول حول مفاهيم الزيادات في مصطلح الحديث، والثاني حول أنواع زيادات الرواة في الأحاديث من حيث القبول والرد. ومن خلال هذا البحث توصلنا إلى جملة من النتائج يـمكن إجمالها في أن الإمام عبد الـحق الإشبيلي عالـم ناقد، وإمام من أئمة علوم الـحديث، وإن أحكامه على زيادات الرواة في الـحديث معظمها تطابق أحكام أئمة نقد الـحديث النبوي. Abstract this study aims to examine the position of Imam ʿAbd al-Ḥaqq al-Ishbīlī regarding narrator additions (ziyādāt al-ruwāt) in Hadith, based on his book al-Aḥkām al-Wusṭā. To achieve a comprehensive understanding of this issue, the study is divided into two main sections: the first deals with the conceptual framework of additions in Hadith terminology, and the second addresses the types of narrator additions in Prophetic Hadith in terms of their acceptance or rejection. The findings of the study indicate that Imam ʿAbd al-Ḥaqq al-Ishbīlī was a critical scholar and a leading authority in the field of Hadith sciences. His judgments concerning narrator additions largely align with the evaluations made by the Hadith critics.
