اتجاهات الصحفيين نحو حرية التعبير في الجزائر بعد الحراك 22 فيفري 2019 دراسة ميدانية

Abstract

هدفت الدراسة إلى استكشاف اتجاهات الصحفيين الجزائريين نحو حرية التعبير بعد الحراك الشعبي 22 فبراير 2019، وتأثير الانتماءات السياسية والأيديولوجية عليها. استخدمت الباحثة استبيانًا إلكترونيًا شمل 108 صحفيين وملاحظة علمية، وطبقت نظريات الإعلام والديمقراطية لفهم الأطر القانونية والسياسية. وأظهرت النتائج أن حرية التعبير مضمونة قانونيًا، لكن الممارسة المهنية لا تزال تواجه قيودًا ورقابة مؤسسية رغم الإصلاحات الدستورية. The study aimed to explore Algerian journalists’ attitudes toward freedom of expression after the February 22, 2019 popular movement, and the influence of political and ideological affiliations. The researcher used an electronic survey of 108 journalists and scientific observation, applying media and democratic theories to understand the legal and political frameworks. Results showed that while freedom of expression is legally guaranteed, professional practice still faces institutional restrictions and oversight despite constitutional reforms.
