المستكشفون الأوربيون في منطقة توات خلال القرن التاسع عشر (الدوافع والعراقيل)

Abstract

تكمن أهمية هذه الدراسة في التعرف على المستكشفين الأوروبيين داخل الصحراء الجزائرية، وفي منطقة توات بالضبط خلال القرن التاسع عشر من خلال التركيز على الدوافع التي حفزت المستكشفين والصعوبات التي واجهتهم، وقد اختلفت دوافع الرحلات الاستكشافية فمنها العام المرتبط بالتطورات الحاصلة في أوروبا مثل الثورة الصناعية وانعكاساتها وظهور الجمعيات وتنامي التوسع الاستعماري، ومنها الخاص المتعلق بالمستكشفين أنفسهم كالمغامرة وارتياد المجهول والبحث عن الثراء، وأهم هؤلاء المستكشفين " غوردن لانج " و "رونييه كابيه" و لويس دو کلومب " و " جيرهارد رولفس " و " بول صولييه " وغيرهم. وقد واجه هؤلاء المستكشفون جملة من العراقيل والصعاب وهم يحاولون الوصول إلى المنطقة، منها ما هو طبيعي مرتبط بالموقع ومعالم السطح والمناخ القاسي، ومنها ما هو ثقافي بشري مرتبط بالدين واللغة مما جعل الكثير منهم يتظاهرون باعتناق الإسلام مدعين بأنهم من أصول عربية إسلامية The importance of this study lies in identifying the European explorers inside the Algerian desert, and in the Tawat region exactly during the nineteenth century, by focusing on the motives that motivated the explorers and the difficulties they faced. And the emergence of associations and the growth of colonial expansion, including those related to the explorers themselves, such as adventure, exploring the unknown, and searching for wealth, and the most important of these explorers are " Gordon Laing" , " René Caillié ", " De Colomeb Louis ", " Gerhard Rohlfs ", " paul solleillet ", and others. These explorers faced a number of obstacles and difficulties while trying to reach the region, including what is natural related to the site, features of the surface and harsh climate, and what is cultural and human related to religion and language, which made many of them pretend to convert to Islam, claiming that they are of Arab and Islamic origins.
