استخدام القائم بالاتصال الدعوي لشبكات التواصل الاجتماعي ودوره في ترسيخ المرجعية الدينية في الجزائر

Abstract

ملخص : إن الاستحقاقات التقنية المذهلة والتحولات الثقافية والاجتماعية النوعية التي أحدثها شبكات التواصل الاجتماعي، لا ينبغ بأي حال من الأحوال أن تعفينا التفكير في الإشكالات والتحديات القيمية والقانونية والأخلاقية التي فجرتها وكان لها عظيم الأثر على الكيان المجتمعي والبناء القيمي في الحياة، وبخاصة في مجتمعاتنا العربية الإسلامية ذات الخصوصية والمرجعية الفقهية والقيمية والعقيدية والتي تبدو أنها مازالت تعيش تحت وقع الصدمة والانبهار بهذا المولود. وعليه جاءت هذه الدراسة للبحث في إشكالية استخدام القائم بالاتصال الدعوي لشبكات التواصل الاجتماعي ودوره في ترسيخ المرجعية الدينية الفقهية والعقدية في الجزائر ، هذه الأخيرة التي أضحت تلقى تحديا وسطوا غير مؤسس ويطالها الانتقاص والهجر ممن انبهروا بومضات الفرق والنحل المختلفة وتجاسروا على استيراد الفتاوي والأحكام من خارج بيئة الجزائريين وتاريخهم وتراثهم المغاربي المالكي، وذلك من خلال الإجابة عن التساؤل المركزي الآتي : كيف يمكن لشبكات التواصل الاجتماعي أن تعمل على ترسيخ المرجعية الدينية في الجزائر من وجهة نظر الأئمة ؟ The amazing technical receivables and cultural and social transformations that is created by the social networks do not in any way absolve us from thinking about the moral, and legal problems and challenges which has triggered, and has had a great impact on the societal entity and value building in life and in forms of behavior, specially, our Islamic Arab societies, with their specificity, jurisprudential and moral values, seem to still be living under the shock of this new creature. This study has aimed at examining the use of advocate caller for social networks and its role in establishing the religious and jurisprudential authority in Algeria. The latter has become a challenge to a noninstitutionalized mediator and is being challenged by the disaffection and abandonment of those who have been fascinated by the flashes of different teams and have dared to import Fatwas and Islamic rules from outside the Algerian environment, traditions, and their heritage of the Maghreb and Maliki, in order to answer the main question that follows: How can the social networks work to consolidate the religious (jurisprudential and doctrinal) reference in Algeria from the point of view of the Imams
