La demande d’informations sur facebook : Stratégies de politesse chez les adolescents et les adultes

Abstract

La politesse en tant que terme linguistique signifie ne pas perdre la face à personne y compris à soi-même durant l’interaction. En s’appuyant sur le modèle de la politesse de P.Brown et S.Levinson (1978,1987) aménagé par C.Kerbrat Orecchioni (1992,2005) ,nous étudierons dans cet article les stratégies de la politesse dans un type particulier d’interaction à savoir les échanges discursif publiés sur le réseau socionumérique facebook. L’objectif de cette étude est de comparer les aspects de fonctionnement de la politesse 2.0 , dans deux groupes générationnellement différents à savoir les adultes et les adolescents, afin de pouvoir inventorier les stratégies de la politesse déployées par chaque groupe . L’approche choisie est de nature comparative et vise la mise en exergue des variations (similarités et différences) dans le déroulement des interactions des deux corpus , Notre choix pour cette étude s’est porté sur l’acte de langage de demande d’informations : la question qui semble être un acte menaçant pour les faces des participants à l’interaction. Politeness as a linguistic term means not to be rude with anyone, including oneself during the interaction process.Using the politeness model of P.Brown and S.Levinson (1978,1987) developed by C. Kerbrat Orecchioni (1992,2005) , this article will study the demonstrations of politeness in a particular type of interactions, namely discursive exchanges published on facebook: the social network digital. The objective of this study is to compare the functioning aspects of politeness 2.0 , in two generationally different groups, namely adults and teenagers, in order to be able to identify the strategies of politeness deployed by each group. The approach chosen is of a comparative nature. It aims to highlight variations (similarities and differences) in the process of the interactions of the two corpuses. Our choice for this study is based on the language act for requesting information: the issue that appears as an initiation to rudeness for the participants in the interaction . يدل مصطلح الأدب لغة أن يتجنب الشخص استعمال العبارات الوقحة مع أي شخص كان، بما في ذلك أن يحفظ أدبة مع نفسه أثناء عملية التفاعل مع الآخرين. سوف نعمل في هذا المقال على دراسة تمظهرات التأدب في نوع معين من التفاعلات ألا و هي التبادلات اللغوية المنشورة في الشبكة التواصل الاجتماعي المرقمنة "فايسبوك" وذلك اعتمادا على نموذج التأدب لـ ( ۱۹۷۸،۱۹۸۷ P.Brawon .S.Levenson) و الذي عدلته C.Kerbrat Orecchioni (۱۹۹۲،۲۰۰5) . إن الهدف من هذه الدراسة هو مقارنة الجوانب العملية للتأدب ۲,۰، في مجموعتين مختلفتين بينهما هوة جيلية ، ألا و هما فئة الراشدين وفئة المراهقين. و إنما ذلك بغية تحديد إستراتيجيات التأدب التي تستخدمها كل فئة. يتسم المنهج المختار بطابع مقارن وهو يهدف إلى إبراز المتغيرات (أوجه الشبه والاختلاف ) في عملية التفاعلات بين الفئتين موضوع الدراسة. إن اختيارنا لهذه الدراسة يستند إلى قانون اللغة لطلب المعلومات : الأمر الذي قد يبدو مخلا لأدب الحديث عند التفاعل مع الآخرين
