Abstract

يهدف هذا المقال إلى بحث أصول الدرس الجدلي ومقاصده عند الإمام الشاطبي في كتابه "الموافقات"، والإشكالية التي أثارها حول الواقع الذي آل إليه العلماء في جدلهم وخصوماتهم الفقهية وحتى العقدية، المتمثلة في الإكثار من الاعتراضات على الأدلة الشرعية والتشكيك في صحة الاستدلال بها، واعتمادهم على مباحث الفلاسفة واستدلالاتهم المنطقية بدلا عنها، مع الوقوف على الأسباب التي أدت إلى هذا الانحراف، وبيان المنهج الذي سلكه الإمام الشاطبي في معالجة ذلك This article aims to explore the origins and purposes of didactic lesson when forward Imam Shatby write "al-Muafaqat" and problematic raised about the fact that scientists have become in their debate and scholarly dispute, represented by a lot of the objections to Shariah evidence, and questioning the validity of their inferences, and admonishing philosophers and logical their evidences instead and detectives with their conclusions stand on the reasons that led to this Deviation, the curriculum statement forward Imam Shatby in addressing it.
