أنماط استخدام الصحفيين الجزائريين لشبكات التواصل الاجتماعي دراسة ميدانية على عيّنة من صحفيي قناة النهار الإخبارية

Abstract

تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى معرفة أنماط استخدام صحفيي القنوات التلفزيونية الإخبارية الجزائرية لشبكات التواصل الاجتماعي، وكيفية توظيفها في المحال الإعلامي. اعتمدنا في هذه الدراسة على المنهج المسحي الوصفي مع استخدام الاستبانة والمقابلة والملاحظة كأدوات بحث علمية لجمع المعلومات من أفراد العينة وهم عبارة عن مجموعة من الصحفيين العاملين بقناة النهار. توصلت الدراسة إلى جملة من النتائج أهمها أن صحفيي قناة النهار يعتمدون على صفحات المواطنين الصحفيين وصفحات الحوادث وصفحات الشخصيات السياسية والفنية والرياضية في متابعة كل جديد، كما أنهم يثمنون مشاركة المواطن الصحفي في إنتاج المضامين الإعلامية ونشرها ويعتبرونها إضافة نوعية للإعلام الجزائري، ومع ذلك لابد من مراعاة ضوابط أخلاقية وقانونية في التعامل مع مساهمات المواطن على رأسها التأكد من صحة الخبر وجعلها في قالب صحفي مهني خالي من أي مخالفات من قبيل السب والشتم والقذف This study aims to know the patterns of the use of social media networks by Algerian news TV journalist, and how they are used in the media field. In this study, we relied on the descriptive survey method, using the questionnaire, interview, and observation as scientific research tools to collect information from the members of the sample who are a group of journalists working for Ennahar channel. The study reached a set of results, the most important of which is that Ennahar journalists depend on the pages of citizen journalists, accident pages and pages of political, technical and sports figures in following up on everything new. They also value the citizen's journalistic participation in producing and publishing media contents and consider them a qualitative addition to the Algerian media. Moral and legal controls in dealing with citizen contributions, chief among which is ensuring the news is correct and making it in the form of a professional journalist free from any violations such as insulting, insulting and slandering.
