النّصوص اّلتراثية فّي بّيان بّدايات اّلتصنيفّ في اّلسنّة اّلنبويةّ

Abstract

مشكلة البحث النصوص التراثية التي تؤرخ لتدوين السنة جاءت مفرقة في كتب التراث، لم أجد من جمعها، رغم أهميتها البالغة في التاريخ التدوين السنة، وفي الرد على المشككين فيها . فجاء هذا البحث ليجمعها في مقال واحد من مصادرها المتفرقة من علوم متعددة موثقة على أعلى درجات التوثيق بالرجوع إلى مصادرها الأصيلة والتي هي مؤلفات أصحاب تلك المقولات غالبا أو أقرب الناس عهدا بهم والمسندين عنهم . كما تضمن البحث فوائد عديدة لخصتها في نتائج البحث، منها : 1 أن تعدد النصوص وتتابعها منذ القرن الثاني حتى التاسع وتوافقها إجمالا في التأريخ للتصنيف ومراحله تجعل الثقة كبيرة بموضوعيتها وصدقها التاريخي 2 أن نشوء التصنيف في السنة بدأ تدريجيا، بداية طبيعية كبداية أي علم من العلوم، ولم يكن طفرة تتهم بالافتعال . 3 أن العلماء الذين دونوا هذه النصوص أرادوا بها معرفة أصحاب الفضل في حفظ السنة وفي الترقي بالمصنفات فيها، مع ما أرادوه من بيان تأريخ التصنيف في السنة، وبيان فضل ما سبق إليه السابق، وفضل ما أضافه إليه اللاحق heritage texts that date for the codification of the Sunnah, they were separated in the heritage books. So this research came to collect it in one article from its various sources from various sciences documented at the highest levels of documentation by referring to its original sources, which are the books of those who have these sayings often or the closest people to them and their supporters. The research also included several benefits that were summed up in the search results, including: 1 - The multiplication and follow-up of texts from the second century to the ninth and their overall compatibility in the classification history and its stages make confidence great in its objectivity and historical sincerity. 2 - The emergence of classification in the year began gradually, beginning naturally like the beginning of any science, and was not a breakthrough accused of fabrication. 4-That the scholars who wrote these texts wanted to know the owners of the merit of preserving the Sunnah and the promotion of works in it, with what they wanted from the classification date of the classification in the Sunnah, and a statement of the preference of what preceded it, and preferred what was added to it later.
