تحقيق القول في حال علي بن زيد بن جُدعان ومروياته

Abstract

يتناول هذا المقال الكلام على راو من رواة الحديث، وهو علي بن زيد بن جدعان، وذلك بتحقيق القول في درجته عند النقاد وعلاقة تلك الدرجة بمروياته، فإنَّ ابن جدعان مشهور بالضعف، لكن قد وثق هذا الراوي بعض المتأخرين والمعاصرين، وهذا الذي نتج عنه بعض الخلل في الحكم على أحاديثه، فجاء هذا المقال بمباحثه الثلاثة ليجلي هذه المسألة ويُوضحها، حيث حاولت في المبحث الأول استقراء كل أقوال أئمة الجرح والتعديل في علي بن زيد وخلاصة الكلام فيه، ثم عرضت في المبحث الثاني أقوال من وثقه من المتأخرين والمعاصرين وناقشت كلامهم، وخلصت في المبحث الثالث إلى حاله مع بيان علاقة تلك الحال بمروياته. ومن أهم النتائج التي توصلت إليها أن علي بن زيد بن جدعان ضعيف عند جمهور النقاد، لكنه لا بأس به في الحسن البصري، ومع ضعف ابن جدعان إلا أن النقاد قد يحكمون على حديثه بالصحة إذا تبين لهم بالقرائن إصابته فيه This article deals with the narration of the Hadith by Ali Ibn Zaid Ibn Judaan, by verifying the degree of the authenticity of his Hadith and the relationship of this degree to his narration. Even if Ibn Judaan was well known to be not authentic some of the late and contemporary scholars have considered himas accepted, which caused some perturbations in judging his Hadiths. This research in three parts tries to clarify this issue. I tried in the first part to extrapolate all of what was said by the imams of the rectification and the invalidation about Ali Ibn Zaid. Then in the second part, I presented and discussed what had been said by the late and the contemporary scholars whom had considered his narration as authentic. And in the last part, I concluded by showing his case and the relationship of his case with his narratives. Among the most important findings, that I reached, is that Ali Ibn Zaid Ibn Judaan is considered as a weak narrator by the critics, even if he was accepted when narrating from Al-Hassan Al-Basri. Despite this weakness, the critics may judge his speech to be correct if they find the prove of that.
