النموذج الإسلامي لتحرير المرأة

Abstract

فقد قرر الإسلام للمرأة إنسانيتها الكاملة، ورفع عنها صور التهميش والاستغلال، فجعلها مخاطَبة بالتكليف، شريكة في عمارة الأرض، ومتمتعة بحقوقها الدينية والاجتماعية والاقتصادية في إطار من التوازن والكرامة. ولم يكن هذا التحرير قطيعة مع القيم، بل تأسيسًا لحرية منضبطة تحقق مصلحة الفرد والمجتمع، وتحفظ للمرأة مكانتها دون تحويلها إلى أداة أو سلعة. كما أن استعادة هذا النموذج اليوم تمثل ضرورة حضارية لتصحيح مسار الخطاب حول المرأة، وإبراز عدالة الإسلام في مقابل الإفراط الغربي والتفريط الموروث Islam has granted women their full humanity, lifting the burden of marginalisation and exploitation from them, making them responsible for their duties, partners in the construction of the earth, and enjoying their religious, social and economic rights within a framework of balance and dignity. This liberation was not a break with values, but rather the establishment of disciplined freedom that serves the interests of the individual and society, and preserves women's status without turning them into tools or commodities. Restoring this model today is a cultural necessity to correct the discourse on women and highlight the justice of Islam in contrast to Western excesses and inherited negligence.
