Abstract

تهدف هذه الدراسة لتبيان الدور الذي يعود به تطبيق مؤشرات معيار ايزو 11620 على تحسين الخدمات والأداء بالمكتبات المدرسية مع إلقاء الضوء لدوره في الارتقاء بالقطاع المكتبي التربوي باستخدام المنهج الوصفي التحليلي وأداة المقابلة من أجل عرض المحتوى الخاص بالمعيار في إصداره الثالث والأخير لسنة 2014 وتحليله لتبيان مؤشرات الجودة المناسبة لتفعيل المكتبات المدرسية بتطوير كل من الأساليب الإدارية وتنمية الموارد البشرية وتوفير المجموعات والأدوات التي تخول المكان الملائم للدراسة مع محاولة التحسيس بأهمية تطبيق المعيار بالمكتبات المدرسية حيث تم التوصل لضرورة تبني المعيار بالقطاع المدرسي لمدى فعاليته في دعم المجتمع التربوي وتنمية جيل واعي ومثقف ومن هنا نوصي على ضرورة القيام بدورات تدريبية للموظفين على طرق واستراتيجيات تطبيق مؤشرات المعيار وبالتالي تلقي التأهيل الكافي لتفعيل مكتبات المدرسية This study aims to demonstrate the role of applying the indicators of the ISO 11620 standard in improving services and performance in school libraries, while shedding light on its role in upgrading the educational library sector by using the descriptive analytical approach and the interview tool in order to present the content of the standard in its third and final version of 2014 and analyze it to show appropriate quality indicators. To activate school libraries by developing administrative methods, developing human resources, and providing collections and tools that allow the appropriate place for study, while trying to sensitize the importance of applying the standard in school libraries, as it was concluded that the need to adopt the standard in the school sector for its effectiveness in supporting the educational community and developing an informed and educated generation, and from here we recommend the necessity Carrying out training courses for employees on methods and strategies for applying the standard indicators, and thus receiving sufficient qualification to activate school libraries.
