المكتبي المقاول و دوره في تطوير الخدمات المكتبية في الجزائر بين التكوين الأكاديمي والممارسة المهنية

Abstract

إن مهنة المكتبي في تطور مستمر وذلك راجع الى عدة أسباب سياسية تسييرية و سوسيو اقتصادية، بحيث أن هناك منافسة شرسة حول قضايا المعلومة الى جانب الحاجة الى الإبداع المتجدد مما ساهم في ظهور مصطلح المكتبي المقاول . وعليه فالوظائف غير التقليدية للمكتبيين تحظى اليوم بتقدير ودعم من قبل السلطات العليا في أغلب الدول. ونسعى من خلال هذه الورقة البحثية الى عرض استراتيجية وزارة التعليم العالي والبحث العلمي الجزائرية في تعزيز الفكر المقاولاتي لدى الطلبة الجامعيين، مسلطين الضوء على تخصص علم المكتبات و التوثيق محاولين إبراز الأثر المرجو من هذه المجهودات المبذولة مركزين على الجانب المهني. وعليه فان الوصول الى تحقيق مفهوم المكتبي المقاول مقرون بتميزه سواء بتبنيه مشاريع ابتكارية منفردة أو في إطار أداء مهامه المهنية بالمكتبات، مما يساهم لا محالة في تطوير الخدمات المكتبية، التي تجعل المكتبة رائدة على جميع المستويات المحلية الوطنية والدولية. The librarian profession is constantly evolving due to several political, political and economic reasons. So that there is strong competition on information issues as well as the need for renewed creativity. This contributed to the emergence of the term librapreneur. Thus, the non-traditional functions of the librarians are now appreciated and supported by the highest authorities in most States. Through this paper, we seek to present the Algerian Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research strategy in promoting entrepreneurial thoughts among university students. Highlighting the specialization of library science and documentation. We also seek to highlight the desired effect of these efforts, focusing on the professional aspect. Thus, the achievement of the librapreneur concept is linked to his distinction whether by adopting innovative projects individually or in the performance of its professional functions in libraries. What inevitably contributes to the development of library services that make the library a leader at all national , international and local levels.
