Abstract

تعد العلاقة بين الثقافة السياسية والمشاركة السياسية لفئة الشباب ذات أهمية بالغة بالنسبة للمجتمع لأنهم يمثلون جوهر العملية التنموية، وتطور هذه العلاقة في اتجاهها الصحيح يؤدي حتما إلى تطور العملية الديمقراطية في المجتمع الذي تعد فيه التنمية السياسية إحدى مكوناته الأساسية من خلال الاهتمام بفئة الشباب خاصة الجامعي وإدماجه في الحياة السياسية، وجعله عنصرا فاعلا في صناعة القرار السياسي والمساهمة في إرساء قواعد العملية الديمقراطية. وتهدف هذه الدراسة لتوضيح تلك العلاقة بإجراء دراسة ميدانية على عينة من الطلبة بجامعة سطيف 2، و خلصت الدراسة إلى أن هناك علاقة تأثيرية تربط الثقافة السياسية بالمشاركة السياسية، وأظهرت نتائج الدراسة أن الثقافة السياسية المحدودة لدى الطلبة الجامعيين أثرت سلبا على مستوى مشاركتهم السياسية The relationship between the political culture and the political participation has a great significance since youth represent the essence of the progress process in society. This relationship's progress inevitably leads to the democratic process development when youth are involved to develop politics, especially students by integrating them in the political life; they become active participants in terms of political decision-making and contribute to laying the foundations for the democratic process. This study aims to clarify that relationship by conducting a field study with students at Setif 2 University. It concluded that there is an influential relationship between the two concepts. The findings revealed that the limited political culture among students affected negatively the level of their political participation.
