Abstract

تروم هذه الدراسة إلى إبراز أهمية تعمير الوقف ودوره في ازدهار الحضارة الإسلامية، ومنه إتاحة الفرص للأحباس بأن تلج عمرة الاستثمارات الحديثة، مما يثمر الخير والتنمية للمجتمع الإسلامي، كما يسهم في المحافظة على الأصول الموقوفة. فلقد كانت المسائل الفقهية المتعلقة بالأوقاف، وكيفية الاستفادة منها وتسبيل منافعها محل أنظار العلماء ونظار المجتهدين في التراث الفقهي القديم ولا تزال مسائل الوقف محل بحث وتنظير. This study aims to highlight the importance of the reconstruction of the Waqf (endowment), and its role in prosperity of the Islamic civilization. From this, to provide opportunities for the palaces to attract the influx of modern investments, thus promoting the good and development of the Islamic community, and contributing to the preservation of the suspended assets. The jurisprudential issues related to waqfs, and how to benefit from them and derive their benefits from the attention of scholars and scholars in the ancient jurisprudential heritage
