ملامح التصور التداولي عند الإمام القرافي

Abstract

إنتاج اللغة وتأويلها لا يتم اعتمادا على عملية الترميز وفك الرموز فحسب ، وإنما يتم كذلك اعتمادا على عمليات استدلالية تقوم على إستراتيجية المؤول ، لأن البحث عن المعنى لا يقتصر على الإنتاج والتأويل في البنية المجردة ، وعملية الفهم لن تتم إلا من خلال سياق تتضافر فيه عوامل غير لسانية وتلعب فيه استراتيجية المؤول دورا في تحقيق هدف الحدث اللغوي ، وهي قضايا عولجت في التراث اللغوي العربي وبعمق تجاوز في بعض مناحيه ما وصل إليه التفكير الغربي إلى اليوم . لذا حاولنا في هذا البحث أن ندلل على سبق العلماء العرب إلى كثير من معالم التفكير التداولي بمفهومه الحديث وخاصة علماء الأصول عند استنباطهم للأحكام الشرعية ذات الطابع التكليفي الإنجازي.
