Abstract

تهدف الدراسة إلى توضيح أهمية العروض الوثائقية الإلكترونية والخدمات المرافقة في المكتبات الجامعية في تلبية الاحتياجات الحالية للجمهور وفهم الاستخدامات المتزايدة للمعرفة حيث تسعى الدراسة إلى تحليل العرض الوثائقي والخدماتي الإلكتروني الحالي بمكتبة أحمد عروة بجامعة الأمير عبد القادر والذي قامت بتصميمه في إطار تحولها نحو بيئة إلكترونية متكاملة وفاعلة في تنظيم وإدارة خدمات المعلومات، بما يسمح بنمو القيمة المضافة في تنظيم المحتوى الرقمي المقدم للمستفيدين، مما يسهم في بناء جسور التواصل بكافة أشكالها بين المكتبة وجمهورها. وقد اعتمدت الدراسة منهج دراسة الحالة وتم جمع المعلومات عن طريق المقابلة. توصلت الدراسة إلى تنوع العرض الوثائقي والخدماتي المتاح من خلال المكتبة وثرائه The study aims at clarifying the importance of the digital collections and services available in university libraries in meeting the current needs of the public and understanding the increasing uses of knowledge. The study seeks to analyze the digital documentary offered on line by Dr. Ahmed Erwa's library at El-Amir Abdul Kader University for Islamic Sciences. Which was designed in the context of its transformation into an integrated and efficient electronic environment in the organization and management of information services, allowing the growth of value added in the organization of digital content provided to beneficiaries, which contribute to building bridges of communication in all forms between the library and its public ; The study adopted the case study methodology and the information was collected by interview.
