الزوايا و دورها الديني و الثقافي في الجزائر في العهد العثماني

Abstract

ارتبط ظهور الزوايا في الجزائر عامة بظروف سياسية وتاريخية واجتماعية، كالفراغ السياسي الذي نتج عن غياب السلطة المركزية، وتعرض البلاد للغزو الأسباني إضافة إلى تعرضها لكوارث طبيعية كالقحط والجراد والفيضانات فاستغل أهل الزوايا من مرابطين وشيوخ طرق هذه الأوضاع، وتحركوا من أجل ملئ الفراغ السياسي، وتعبئة المجتمع ضد الأسبان وتوفير الملاذ الآمن للأهالي ضد الغزو المسيحي ثم ضد السلطة العثمانية فيما بعد، ونتيحة لهذا نجد مؤسسة الزاوية قد لعبت خاصة بالأرياف - دورا محوريا في هيكلة المجتمع الجزائري بعد ضعف السلطة المركزية دينيا واجتماعيا واقتصاديا وخاصة ثقافيا، بسبب افتقارها للمؤسسات التعليمية الأخرى، رغم أنها.The emergence of zawiya in Algeria in general, was associated with political, historical and social conditions, such as the political vacuum, that resulted from the absence of central authority and the exposure of the country to the Spanish invasion. In addition to its exposure to natural disasters such as drought, locusts and floods, people of the Zawiya like marabouts and elders took advantage from these conditions and moved to fill the political vacuum, mobilizing the community against the Spaniards and providing safe haven for the people against the Christian invasion and later against the Ottoman power. As a result, Al-Zawiya has played a pivotal role in shaping Algerian society after the weakness of central authority, religiously, socially, economically and culturally, because of its lack of other educational institutions.
