النظام الاجتماعي في السيرة النبوية في ضبط العلاقة بغير المسلمين من خلال وثيقة المدينة المنورة

Abstract

يتناول هذا البحث تقديم دراسة تحليلية للنظام الاجتماعي الذي أرساء النبي محمد ، من خلال صحيفة المدينة التي تعد دستورا قانونيا بمعناه المعاصر، لإقامة دعائم بناء الدولة الإسلامية الفنية، فالنظام الاجتماعي الذي أسسته السيرة النبوية، هو نظام واقعي وتطبيقي لقيم الإسلام وأحكامه الجوهرية، التي تؤسس للعلاقات في المجتمع المسلم خاصة بين المسلمين وغير المسلمين داخل المجتمع الواحد القائمة على التآخي والمحبة، وتنمي الشعور الأخوي بين أفراد المجتمع، لينتج تعاونا وتماسكا يقيم شرع الله في الأرض، ويحقق الأمن والأمان. This research addresses analytical study of social system founded by the Prophet Mohamed )Allah bless him and handed(, through the Medina's loyal paper which represents a legal Constitution of the contemporary sense in order to establish the new Islamic State, because the social order established by biography, is realistic and practical values of Islam and substantive provisions, which establish relationships in Muslim society, especially between Muslims and non-Muslims within the same society, based on fraternity and love, and develop fraternal feeling among members of society, to produce coherent cooperation resides in the Earth, and Allah has begun to achieve security and safety.
