تحقيق الغاية في بيان الفرق بين علم الحديث دراية ورواية

Abstract

يعتني هذا البحث بالتحقيق في مفهوم الدراية والرواية من علم الحديث بين المتقدمين و ما شاع عند بعض المتأخرين وتناقله عنهم أكثر المعاصرين، وهي واحدة من مسائل علم الحديث التي يلحظ الباحث الاختلاف واضحا في شأنها، فقد ذهب فريق الإطلاق الرواية على نقل الحديث وضبطه بالإسناد، وجعل الدراية تمحيص ذلك الإسناد من حيث الصحة وعدمها دون اعتبار لفهم الحديث وفقه، وفي المقابل قال آخرون وهم قلة ترجع الرواية لصون المنقول وضبطه وتصحيحه، بينما تتعلق الدراية بفقه الحديث وفهمه. وقد ترتب بالضرورة على الاتجاه الأول ما أثاره المستشرقون من اعتبار المحدث ناقلا للحديث وضابطا له وحسب دون اعتبار لفهم الحديث واستنباط معانيه الذي صار اختصاص الفقيه وحده، وهو ما نعت المحدثين بقلة النظر في المتون، وكثرة الاهتمام بنقد الأسانيد وجرح الرواة وتعدليهم، وهي اتهامات طالت كبار المحدثين وأئمتهم كالبخاري وغيره. This research is concerned with investigating the concept of knowledge and the novel from the science of Hadith among the applicants and what is common among some of the latecomers and the most modern ones about them. It is one of the topics of modern science, which the researcher sees a clear difference in it.
