الاتصال البيئي ماهيته واستراتيجيته : مدخل نظري

Abstract

يرجع غالبية المختصين في الاتصال البيئي ظهوره إلى عام 1962حيث نشرت راشيل كارسون Rachel carsonكتابا بعنوان الربيع الصامت ، sillent springوالذي سلطت الضوء فيه على الآثار البيئية الناتجة عن المبيدات وبالخصوص ( ديديتي ،) DDTبعد صدور هذا الكتاب نال نصيبا كبيرا من الجدل وألهم أجيالا من المناضلين البيئيين ، وأطلق إلى العلن لقضايا حاولت الصناعات جاهدة إبقاءها في الكتمان، حيث برزت فكرة الاتصال البيئي كحقل متميز في الولايات المتحدة الأمريكية في أوائل 1980 من خلال التقليد النظرية البلاغية، الدارسون غالبا ما يستشهدون بمنشورة صدرت عام 1984 لـ christing oravac قام فيها بتحليل خطب حماة البيئة والمحافظين على البيئة، وأنصار الوقاية preservationists وهناك من يرجع الميلاد الحقيقي لهذا المجال لظهور حركة أنصار البيئة " ،" LES VERTS ومنظمات المجتمع المدني حيث شهدت هذه الحركات تطورات كبيرة على مستوى توجهاتها وألياتها العملية ، وذلك من خلال ظهور مفهوم النضال الإيكولوجي أو المناضلين الإيكولوجيين . les militants écologistes وبظهور الاتصال البيئي كمجال أصبح رهان وتحدي من تحديات الألفية الثالثة خصوصا على مستوى الدول النامية التي استفحلت فيها المشكلات البيئية والتلوث ، والنفايات ، والفقر ونقص الإطار المعيشي السليم. The majority of specialists in the field of environmental communication think that it appeared in 1962 with the publication of Rachel Carson’s book “ the Silent Spring” in which she highlighted the environmental effects of pesticides particularly ( D.D.T). this book won a large share of controversy and inspired generations of environmental activists in addition to that it opened fire on issues which industries tried to keep in secret. The idea of environmental communication emerged as a privileged field in the United States in early 1980 imitation of rhetorical theory.Scholars often cite chriting oravac’s publication 1984 in which he analyzed the speeches of environmental defenders and preservationists. Other specialists think that the real birth of this field is due to the emergence of the environmental supporters movement “ les verts” and civil society organizations. Indeed these movement and organizations witnessed significant developments in their orientations and mechanism thanks to the appearance of the concept “ the struggle for ecology” or “ ecology militants. Environmental communication as a field became one of the challenges of the third millennium especially in the developing countries which suffer from environmental problems such as pollution, poverty and low slandered of living
