Abstract

مع عودة الممارسة الديمقراطية في الجزائر، أصبحت حرية الإعلام مرة أخرى قضية تثير قلقا كبيرا. ويرجع ذلك إلى حد كبير إلى الثقافة السياسية المتقلبة في الجزائر والتي هي نتيجة للوضع السياسي المتعدد الثقافات في الجزائر. ولطالما كانت السياسة تدور حول علاقات القوة وتخصيص الموارد الاقتصادية لتحقيق مكاسب سياسية داخل النظام السياسي. وبالتالي، فإن العملية السياسية كانت دائما مليئة بالصراعات والنزاعات المضادة والعداء المتجذر بين أصحاب المصلحة وقاعدة دعمهم. في هذا السياق نتساءل: كيف تمارس القنوات الإعلامية الجزائرية حريتها الاعلامية في ظل الصراع السياسي بين كل الفاعلين السياسيين وبين مطالب الشارع الجزائري؟ With the return of democratic practice in Algeria, media freedom has again become an issue of major concern. This is due largely to the volatile political culture in Algeria which is as a result of the multicultural status of the Algeria's polity. Politics have always been about power relations, the power game, and the allocation of economic resources for political gains within polity. The political process therefore has always been ridden by conflicts, counter conflicts and deep-rooted animosity between the stake holders and their support base. Within the context of this scenario, we ask this main question: How do the Algerian media channels exercise their media freedom under the political conflict between all political actors and between the demands of the Algerian peoples?
