دور شبكة الفايسبوك في التعريف بقضايا الأطفال ذوي الاحتياجات الخاصة دراسة تحليلية لصفحة المركز النفسي البيداغوجي لذوي الاحتياجات الخاصة العلمة 1

Abstract

تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى إلقاء الضوء على أحد المواضيع التي تهم شريحة هامة في المجتمع وهي شريحة الأطفال ذوي الاحتياجات الخاصة وما تتطلبه من اهتمام على المستوى الإعلامي عبر مواقع التواصل الاجتماعي، وذلك من خلال معرفة كيفية توظيف شبكة الفيسبوك في التعريف بقضايا هذه الفئة. ومن أجل بلوغ أهداف الدراسة تم تحليل عينة من منشورات صفحة الفيسبوك للمركز النفسي البيداغوجي لذوي الاحتياجات الخاصة العلمة،1 واستخدام أسلوب تحليل المحتوى كأداة للإجابة عن التساؤل الرئيس والتساؤلات الفرعية. وقد أظهرت النتائج التي توصلت إليها الدراسة أن أغلب المواضيع التي تناولتها الصفحة محل الدراسة تساهم في التعريف بفئات الإعاقة ومسبباتها وكيفية التعامل مع مشاكلها، وذلك بهدف تعريف الجمهور المستخدم وتثقيفه بخصوصية هذه الفئة وتوعيته بما تحتاجه من عناية واهتمام.كما بينت الدراسة أن صفحة الفيسبوك الخاصة بالمركز محل الدراسة تستخدم قوالب نشر تمزج بين النصوص المكتوبة والصور والفيديوهات مركزة على اللغة العربية كلغة أساسية للنشر، وهو ما أكد نتيجة التفاعل الدائم للمستخدمين مع هذه المنشورات This study aims to spotlight on one of the topics that interest an important segment of society which is children with special needs and the attention they require through social media sites, by knowing how to employ Face book network sites to raise awareness of this segment’s issues. In order to achieve the study’s objectives, a sample of Face book page ‘s publications of the Pedagogical Psychological Center for People with Special Needs El alma 1 was analyzed , and the use of an analytical method as a tool to answer the main question and sub-questions. The results of the study showed that most of the topics addressed on the concerned page contribute to define the categories of handicap, its causes and how to deal with its problems, in order to introduce the user audience and educate them about the specificity of this segment and aware them of what they need from care and regard. The study also showed that the face book page of the studied center uses publishing models that mix written texts, images and videos focused on Arabic as the primary language for publishing, which confirmed the constant interaction of users with these publications
