وسائل الاعلام ومسؤوليتها في نشر الوعي بالمواطنة في ظل الحراك الشعبي في الجزائر

Abstract

تهدف هذه الدراسة التحليلية الى تسليط الضوء على مفهوم المواطنة في الدول الديموقراطية وطرق تفعيلها ودراسة مدى ممارستها في الجزائر والانتهاكات التي شهدتها والتي كانت سببا في ظهور الحراك الشعبي و مطالبته باسترجاع حقوقه السياسية اولا وذلك بالتخلص من نظام الحكم السائد ، والتطرق الى مدى مساهمة الاعلام في نقل مطالبه المشروعة منذ بدايته الى مرحلة نضجه بداية بمرحلة التعتيم إلى مرحلة نقل الصورة الحقيقية لما يحدث في أرض الواقع . مع الاشارة اى المسؤوليات التي من المنتظر أن يمارسها في مراحل مرافقة الحراك الشعبي. This study aims at shedding light on the concept of “citizenship” in democratic countries, as well as the way it functions within a society, thus seek to know , to what extent it is applied in Algeria, and how it was violated, which was the reason for the emergence of the popular movement and its demand to restore political rights. First, by dethroning the current regime, not to mention also the significant contribution of the media intransferring legitimate demands from the beginning of the popular movement until it reached its maturity.From the stage of blackout to the stage of the true picture of what is happening in the ground, with reference to any given responsibility expected by the media in the process of accompanying the popular movement
