عناية العلماء الجزائريين بصيانة صحيح مسلم من الوهم والغلط والتصحيف والسقط الإمام بن قرقول الحمزي الوهراني أنموذجا

Abstract

يهدف هذا البحث إلى بيان عناية العلماء الجزائريين بصحيح الإمام مسلم في جانب مهم من جوانب العناية والخدمة؛ وهو جانب حفظ النص الحديثي - سندًا ومتنا - وضبطه، وصيانته مما قد يقع فيه من أوهام وأغلاط وتصحيفات وأسقاط، وذلك من خلال علم من أعلام الجزائر المعروفين بالدقة والتحرير؛ وهو الإمام ابن فرقُول الحمزي الوهراني (569هـ) في كتابه: (مطالع الأنوار على صحاح الآثار، وتأتي أهمية هذا البحث من حيث كونه يسلط الضوء على عناية علماء الجزائر بصحيح مسلم في جانب دقيق قد يغفل عنه؛ لكونه يأتي تبعا في مصنفاتهم، ولا يقصدون إليه أصالة في مؤلفاتهم؛ فكانت الحاجة ماسة لإبرازه وبيانه. وتكمن مشكلة البحث في السؤال المحوري التالي: هل كان للإمام ابن قرقول الجزائري عناية بصيانة صحيح الإمام مسلم من الأخطاء والأوهام، وما القيمة العلمية لإسهاماته في ذلك ؟ ويأتي البحث في أربعة مطالب المطلب الأول: تعريف مختصر بالإمام ابن قرقول وكتابه مطالع الأنوار، والمطلب الثاني: عناية الإمام ابن قرقول بصيانة صحيح مسلم من الأوهام والأغلاط والمطلب الثالث: عناية الإمام ابن قرقول بصيانة صحيح مسلم من التصحيفات والمطلب الرابع: عناية الإمام ابن قرقول بصيانة صحيح مسلم من الأسقاط. ويتبع الباحث لتحقيق الغرض من هذا البحث ما يتلاءم معه من مناهج ؛ وهي المنهج الاستقرائي للكتاب محل الدراسة والمنهج التحليلي للنماذج المختارة من الكتاب، ومنهج المقارنة بينه وبين غيره من العلماء؛ ممن أمده أو استمد منه. وقد توصل البحث في خاتمته إلى الكشف عن مدى عمق الإسهام الجزائري - متمثلا في الإمام ابن قرقول في العناية بصيانة صحيحمسلم من الأوهام والأخطاء، كما ظهر أثر هذه العناية البارز فيمن بعده من العلماء.This research aims to demonstrate the attention given by Algerian scholars to Sahih Muslim in a crucial aspect of their care and service: the preservation and verification of the hadith text-both its chain of narrators and its content-and its protection from any errors, illusions, textual corruption, or omissions. This is achieved through the work of a prominent Algerian scholar known for his precision and meticulousness: Imam Ibn Qurqul al-Hamzi al-Wahrani (d. 569 AН), specifically his book, "Matali' al-Anwar 'ala Sihah al-Athar". The importance of this research stems from its highlighting of the attention given by Algerian scholars to Sahih Muslim in a subtle yet often overlooked aspect, as it is usually addressed incidentally in their works rather than being their primary focus. Therefore, there is a pressing need to highlight and clarify this aspect. The central research question is: Did Imam Ibn Qurqul al-Jaza'iri dedicate himself to preserving Sahih Muslim from errors and illusions, and what is the scholarly value of his contributions in this regard? The research is divided into four sections: Section One: A brief introduction to Imam Ibn Qurqul and his book, Matali' al-Anwar; Section Two: Imam Ibn Qurqul's efforts to preserve Sahih Muslim from errors and illusions; Section Three: Imam Ibn Qurqul's efforts to preserve Sahih Muslim from textual corruptions; and Section Four: Imam Ibn Qurqul's efforts to preserve Sahih Muslim from omissions. To achieve the objectives of this research, the researcher employs appropriate methodologies, namely: an inductive approach to the book under study; an analytical approach to selected examples from the book; and a comparative approach between Ibn Qurqul and other scholars who supplied him or drew upon his work. The research concludes by revealing the profound contribution of the Algerian scholar -Represented by Imam Ibn Qarqul- to preserving Sahih Muslim from errors and illusions, and the significant impact of this effort on subsequent scholars.
