الأبعاد المقاصدية لشعيرة الهدى في ضوء بعض الفتاوي الفقهية المعاصرة

Abstract

يقترح هذا البحث التوسع في عرض بعض الإشكالات المقاصدية المعاصرة المتعلقة بالهدي، وذلك من خلال بيان مفهوم مصطلح الهدي، ومكان ذبحه، وإمكانية نقله وتوزيع لحومه على الفقراء خارج مكة، وكذا مسألة استبدال إراقة دمه بالتصدق بقيمته نقدًا، بعد اكتفاء فقراء الحرم. كما يبرز البحث جملةً من المقاصد الشرعية المرتبطة بالهدي، والمتمثلة في إطعام الجائعين، ومد يد العون للمحرومين، وتحقيق الأبعاد الاجتماعية والاقتصادية والبيئية. This study examines the objectives of Islamic legislation concerning the sacrificial animal (Hady). It discusses its concept and reviews contemporary fatwas on issues such as expanding the place of slaughter, distributing its meat to the poor outside Makkah after meeting the needs of the poor in the sanctuary, and replacing the sacrifice with its monetary value. The study also highlights the religious, social, economic, and environmental objectives associated with this ritual.
