البعد المقاصدى للحج والعمرة في القرآن الكريم : دراسة تأصيلية

Abstract

تناولت المداخلة ثلاثة محاور رئيسية؛ يتمثل المحور الأول في الآيات القرآنية المتعلقة بالحج والعمرة، حيث تناول الآيات التي أشارت إلى هذه الشعيرة باعتبارها من العبادات الأساسية، مع بيان دلالاتها وأحكامها الشرعية. أما المحور الثاني فيتعلق بالتاريخ المرتبط بشعيرة الحج، من خلال دراسة نشأتها وتطورها عبر مختلف المراحل التاريخية. في حين يختص المحور الثالث ببيان التشويه الذي لحق بأعمال هذه الشعيرة في العصر الجاهلي، ثم تحليل الآيات القرآنية لاستخراج بعدها المقاصدي، حيث تم تصنيف المقاصد المستخلصة إلى مقاصد إيمانية، ومقاصد أخلاقية، ومقاصد اجتماعية. The conference paper addressed three main themes. The first focuses on Qur’anic verses related to Hajj and Umrah, highlighting these rituals as fundamental acts of worship while explaining their meanings and legal rulings. The second theme deals with the historical background of Hajj, examining its origin and development through different historical stages. The third theme discusses the distortions that affected the rituals of Hajj during the pre-Islamic period, followed by an analysis of Qur’anic verses to extract their maqasid (objectives), which were classified into faith-based, moral, and social objectives.
