The Content Of Lexical Construction In School Dictionaries: A Reading Of ‘al-mumtaz’ Dictionary By Aissa Mounmi

Abstract

This study seeks to address the lexical structure of school dictionaries, given their prominent role in influencing learners on the one hand, and their consideration of psychological and educational principles on the other hand. They also serve to develop learners' linguistic and cognitive skills, as they contain vocabulary that contributes to their formation and perception. This study also focuses on introducing the services provided by school dictionaries to students at different stages of learning, highlighting their functions. تسعى هذه الدراسة إلى تناول البناء المعجمي للمعاجم المدرسية، لدورها البارز في التأثير على المتعلم من ناحية، ولمراعاتها الأسس النفسية والتربوية له من ناحية أخرى، كما أنها تعمل على تنمية الحصيلة اللغوية والمعرفية للمتعلم، لما تحويه من مفردات تسهم في تكوينه وإدراكه. كما تهتم هذه الدراسة بالتعريف بالخدمات التي يقدمها المعجم المدرسي للتلميذ في مختلف المراحل التعلمية، مبرزة وظائفه فيها.
