التأويلات الحديثة للقرآن الكريم دراسة نقدية مقارنة في ضوء القواعد الأصولية

Abstract

بالقواعد الأصولية، بهدف تحقيق توازن بين الانفتاح على التطور والالتزام بضوابط الوحي. واعتمدت منهجًا نقديًا مقارنًا لتحليل المناهج والمنطلقات والغايات والتطبيقات التأويلية، مع بيان مدى توافقها مع أصول الاجتهاد والتأويل. وتخلص الدراسة إلى أن معظم التأويلات الحداثية تتعارض مع المنهج الأصولي لاعتمادها على منطلقات علمانية وتفكيكية، مما يجعلها غير صالحة لفهم النص القرآني، في حين تبرز مقاربتي التأويل العلمي والتأويل المقاصدي بوصفهما من أكثر الاتجاهات المعاصرة جديةً وقابليةً للتطوير. وتؤكد الدراسة أهمية تجديد تأويل القرآن الكريم في إطار القواعد الأصولية، وإعداد علماء مؤهلين لمواكبة قضايا العصر مع الحفاظ على أصالة النص الشرعي. This thesis critically examines modern approaches to Qur'anic interpretation by comparing them with the principles of traditional Islamic legal theory. It finds that many modernist interpretations are influenced by secular ideas and depart from established Islamic methodology, making them unsuitable for Qur'anic exegesis. In contrast, scientific and maqāṣid-based (purposive) interpretations show greater potential, provided they are developed within the framework of authentic Islamic scholarship. The study concludes by emphasizing the need for balanced renewal in Qur'anic interpretation and for preparing qualified scholars to address contemporary challenges while remaining faithful to Islamic principles.
