قضايا العنف ضد المرأة في الخطاب الإسلامي المعاصر من خلال المواقع الإلكترونية الإسلامية : دراسة تحليلية

Abstract

هدفت الدراسة إلى تحليل شكل ومضمون قضايا العنف ضد المرأة في الخطاب الإسلامي المعاصر عبر المواقع الإلكترونية الإسلامية، من خلال دراسة تحليلية لموقعي صيد الفوائد وطريق الإسلام باستخدام منهج المسح الوصفي وأداة تحليل المضمون. وأظهرت النتائج أن الخطاب الإسلامي تناول القضية من حيث الأسباب والأنواع والمصادر وسبل العلاج، مع تركيز أكبر على أنواع العنف، خاصة العنف الجسدي باعتباره الأكثر شيوعًا، وعلى الزوج بوصفه المصدر الأبرز للعنف. كما أرجع العنف أساسًا إلى أسباب اجتماعية، إضافة إلى عوامل اقتصادية كالفقر والبطالة، وأسباب قانونية تتعلق بضعف الحماية أو عدم تطبيق القوانين، فضلًا عن تأثير الحروب والتغيرات السياسية. وأشار الخطاب إلى تفسيرات دينية لمسألة ضرب المرأة، واعتبر أن جهل المرأة بحقوقها أو إخلالها بواجباتها قد يسهم في تعرضها للعنف. واقترح حلولًا وقائية تركز على توعية الرجل بمسائل القوامة وضبط السلوك، والتحذير مما يُعدّ مخططات خارجية متعلقة بحقوق المرأة. This study aimed to examine how contemporary Islamic discourse addresses violence against women on Islamic websites, using a descriptive survey method and content analysis of Said al Fawaid and Tarik al Islam. The findings show that the discourse discusses the causes, types, sources, and solutions to violence, with a strong focus on types of violence—especially physical violence—and identifies the husband as the primary source. Violence is mainly attributed to social causes, along with legal, economic, and war-related factors. The discourse also links violence to certain interpretations of religious texts and suggests that women’s disobedience or ignorance of their rights may contribute to abuse. Proposed solutions emphasize preventive measures, particularly educating men about issues such as beating and guardianship, and raising awareness about what is described as Western agendas regarding women’s rights.
