جدلية المقدس والمدنس بين رودولف أوتومرسيا إلياد : دراسة تحيلية مقارنة

Abstract

يسعى هذا البحث إلى دراسة إسهامات "رودولف أوتو" و"ميرتشيا إليادي"، من الجيل الثاني لمؤسسي علم الأديان في الغرب، في تطوير مشروع "ماكس موللر" لفهم الدين، من خلال بناء منهجية موضوعية تهدف إلى إدراك جوهر الدين، أي "المقدس"، كما يمارسه أتباعه، بعيدًا عن الاختزالات السوسيولوجية أو النفسية أو الفلسفية. ويركز البحث على مقاربتهما للفينومينولوجيا كأداة لاستعادة القداسة والقيم الروحية في الحياة البشرية، ويبين أنهما اتفقا على أن المقدس يشكل الجوهر الفريد والدائم للدين، ذو خاصية ترانسندنتالية لا يمكن اختزاله، وهو عنصر مشترك بين الأديان، ما يبرر الحاجة إلى علم الأديان كفرع معرفي مستقل يحمي هذا الجوهر من التبسيط أو الإلغاء. This research examines the contributions of Rudolf Otto and Mircea Eliade, second-generation founders of the academic study of religion, who continued Max Muller's 19th-century project. They aimed to develop an objective methodology to understand the "sacred" as the essence of religion, introducing what later became known as the phenomenology of religion. Their approach counters reductionist interpretations, restores spiritual values, and apprehends religion as experienced by its adherents rather than through external sociological, psychological, or philosophical frameworks. Using analytical and comparative methods, the study highlights that both Otto and Eliade viewed the sacred as a transcendental, sui generis element central to all religions, justifying the need for the academic study of religion to protect its essential, irreducible nature.
