مذهب الحافظ ابن حجر في المجهول من خلال كتابه التقريب : دراسة مقارنة مع التهذيب

Abstract

تتناول الرسالة الأكاديمية الموسومة بـ "مذهب الحافظ ابن حجر في المجهول من خلال كتابة التقريب - دراسة مقارنة مع التهذيب" ، دراسة مصطلح "المجهول" وتطبيقاته عند الحافظ ابن حجر العسقلاني؛ حيث تسعى إلى تحرير دلالة الجهالة وأسبابها ومراتب الرواة وطبقاتهم مقارنة بين كتابيه "تهذيب التهذيب" و"تقريب التهذيب" وغيرهما من كتب الرجال، وقد قُسّمت الدراسة إلى مقدمة وثلاثة فصول وخاتمة، تناول الفصل الأول التعريف بالحافظ ابن حجر وكتابيه، وعالج الفصل الثاني مفهوم الجهالة وأقسامها وأسبابها وحكم رواية المجاهيل، بينما خصص الفصل الثالث لدراسة موارد ابن حجر واصطلاحاته ودلالة المجهول عنده وأثرها في قبول الحديث أو رده مقارنة بأقوال أئمة الجرح والتعديل. The academic thesis entitled 'Ibn Hajar's Doctrine Regarding the Unknown Narrator (Al-Majhoul) Through the Book At-Taqrib - A Comparative Study with At-Tahdhib' examines the term 'Al-Majhoul' (unknown narrator) and its applications according to Al-Hafiz Ibn Hajar Al-Asqalani. It seeks to define the significance of anonymity (Jahalah), its causes, and the ranks and strata of narrators, comparing his two works 'Tahdhib At-Tahdhib' and 'Taqrib At-Tahdhib' alongside other biographical dictionaries of narrators. The study is divided into an introduction, three main chapters, and a conclusion: the first chapter introduces Al-Hafiz Ibn Hajar and his two books; the second chapter addresses the concept of Jahalah, its divisions, its causes, and the rulings on narrating from unknown narrators; while the third chapter is dedicated to studying Ibn Hajar's sources, his terminologies, the connotation of an unknown narrator to him, and its effect on accepting or rejecting a hadith, compared against the statements of the Imams of Jarh and Ta'dil (discrediting and accrediting).
