منهج الحافظ ابن عبد البر في الحديث الحسن من خلال كتابه التمهيد

Abstract

تتناول رسالة الماجستير الموسومة بـ "منهج الحافظ ابن عبد البر في الحديث الحسن من خلال كتابه التمهيد" دراسةً تحليلية نقدية لجهود الإمام ابن عبد البر الأندلسي في الحكم بتحسين الأحاديث والأسانيد عبر موسوعته الحديثية والفقهية "التمهيد لما في الموطأ من المعاني والأسانيد". وتهدف الدراسة إلى إبراز معالم المنهج النقدي لابن عبد البر في التعامل مع مصطلح "الحسن" بصيغه المختلفة، وتحديد تصوره له، مع بيان أسباب اختياره للموضوع وأهميته في خدمة علوم الحديث والتعريف بالتراث المغربي الأندلسي. وتتوزع خطة البحث على فصل تمهيدي (يتناول حياة المؤلف ودراسة تحليلية لكتاب التمهيد) وفصلين؛ يعنى الأول بالحديث الحسن عند المحدثين تعريفا ومراتب وحجية، بينما يخصص الثاني لدراسة الحديث الحسن عند ابن عبد البر من خلال إطلاقاته وألفاظه المركبة ومقارنتها بمناهج النقاد كابن القطان. The Master's thesis entitled 'Imam Ibn Abd al-Barr's Methodology regarding the Hasan Hadith through his book Al-Tamhid' provides a critical analytical study of the efforts of Imam Ibn Abd al-Barr al-Andalusi in judging and grading Hadiths and chains of narration as Hasan (good) through his comprehensive Hadith and jurisprudential encyclopedia, 'Al-Tamhid limā fi al-Mwaṭṭa' min al-Ma'ānī wa al-আসānīd'. The study aims to highlight the features of Ibn Abd al-Barr's critical methodology in dealing with the term 'Hasan' in its various forms, and to determine his conception of it, while explaining the reasons for choosing the topic and its importance in serving Hadith sciences and introducing the Maghrebi-Andalusi heritage. The research plan is divided into an introductory chapter (covering the author's life and an analytical study of Al-Tamhid) and two main chapters: the first addresses the Hasan Hadith among Hadith scholars in terms of definition, categories, and authority, while the second is dedicated to studying the Hasan Hadith according to Ibn Abd al-Barr through his terminology and compound expressions, comparing them with the methodologies of critics such as Ibn al-Qattan.
