Abstract

تتناول الدراسة موقف جورج طرابيشي من قضايا السنة النبوية الشريفة من خلال كتابه من إسلام القرآن إلى إسلام الحديث -* النشأة المستأنفة - وقيمة آراءه في الميزان العلمي من خلال عرض موقفه من القضايا التالية ومناقشتها مناقشة علمية مشيرا إلى أهمية الدراسة في كونها تتعلق بالدفاع عن إحدى مصادر التشريع ، منتهجا في ذلك منهجا تحليليا وصفي مبرزا بدوره البعد عن الحقيقة التاريخية العلمية المثبة بأسس علمي صحيحة وموقفه السلبي من قضايا السنة لايعد إلا هاجسا تملكه مكاتملك غيره من المستشرقين والحداثيين This study analyzes George Tarabishi’s views on the Prophetic Sunnah as presented in his book From the Islam of the Qur’an to the Islam of Hadith, evaluating their scholarly value. It examines his positions on the authority of the Sunnah, the Prophet’s illiteracy and universality, the shift from the Islam of revelation to historical Islam, and issues such as attribution and the treatment of hadiths. The study highlights the importance of defending the Sunnah as the second source of Islamic legislation and concludes that Tarabishi’s approach is methodologically flawed and inconsistent with sound historical and scientific principles.
