المذاكرة عند المحدثين و أثرها في التعليل

Abstract

يتطرَّق هذا البحث إلى إبراز جانبٍ مهمٍّ من جوانب نقد الحديث عند الأئمَّة النقَّاد، ويتمثَّل هذا الجانب في مسألة تعليل الأحاديث بالمذاكرة، حيث تناول البحث مفهوم المذاكرة، وفوائدها وأغراضها، والتَّحمل في مجلس المذاكرة والتَّساهل فيه، ثمَّ تناول تعليل الأئمَّة لبعض الأحاديث بسبب أنَّها أخذت في مجلس المذاكرة، وقد خلص هذا البحث إلى بعض النَّتائج تبيَّن من خلالها سعة حفظ الأئمَّة، ومذاكرتهم لألوف الأحاديث، الأوقات الطويلة وهذا مما يوقِفُهُم على دقائق العلم بهذه الروايات، وحرصهم على ضبط وحفظ الأحاديث قبل مجلس المذاكرة، كما تَبيَّن من خلال البحث دقَّة علم الأئمة النُّقاد، وتبحُّرهم في العلم بالروايات والوقوف على غوامضها. Summary: This research aims to display an important side from the various “hadith” criticism sides dealt with most critics. This side is represented in the weakening of these speeches “elahadith” by consultation، where this research addresses the concept of “the consultation، its advantages، goals….In addition، it talks about the weakening of “Elaima” to some speeches “elahadith” because they are discussed in the meeting of the consultation. The research concluded some results show the capacity of “ imams” and their consulting to thousands of speeches “ahadiths”، and this helps them in discovering science’s accuracies to these narrations and lead them to set and learn by heart these speeches before the meeting of the consultation. Moreover، it can be seen from this research the accuracy of science with “imams” and their surfing on the science of narrations and discussing their vagueness.
