دراسة تحليلية لآيات الطلاق من خلال كتاب "توجيهات القرآن الكريم"

Abstract

يعد التفسير الموسوم بـ: "توجيهات القرآن الكريم" للشيخ محمد بن عبد الكريم من التفاسير الجزائرية المعاصرة، ولقد اخترت أن أبحث عن منهجه في تعامله مع آيات الطلاق وما موقفه منها بشكل عام ثم تطرقت إلى مسائل مهمة كمسألة الطلاق الثلاث، والطلاق المعلق، ومفهوم القرء وقوامة الرجل على المرأة، والقصد من ذلك معرفة كيف فسر الشيخ هذه الآيات، وكيف وجهها لغويا ونحويا وفقهيا. Abstract: "The Consigns of Holly Quran"by Cheikh Mohamed Ben Abdelkrim is one of the Algerian contemporary explanation of the Holly Quran. The choice i made to surch in his way of dealing with the verses of Quran that talk about divorce and what was his general opinion about it. Then the study speaks about some important issues such as the formule of the “Divorce by the three” and the “Suspended Divorce”. Also the meaning of some specific terms that will surely lead us to the way how the Cheikh explained these “Verses” and how he has directed them linguistically and in the jurisprudence side.
