أحكام إتلاف المصحف الشريف

Abstract

لما كان المصحف الشريف كلام الله تعالى تأكدت في حقه جملة من الشروط والآداب المفضية إلى تعظيمه وتقديسه، وعدم امتهانه، وإلحاق ما يوجب الإثم لمن تعدى على حقه فعلا أو قولا، وللحاجة الماسة للتفقه في موضوع أحكام إتلاف المصحف الشريف؛يعد هذا البحث تجلية لهذا الجانب المهم من أحكام المصاحف القرآنية، وقد قسمته إلى ثلاثة مطالب، الأول: إتلاف المصحف بقصد الاستخفاف.وتكلمت فيه عن حكم هذا النوع من الإتلاف، وصوره، أما المطلب الثاني: إتلاف المصحف للمصلحة الشرعية، وبينت فيه مفهوم المصلحة المفضية إلى الإتلاف، وحكم إتلاف المصحف للمصلحة الشرعية، وطرق الإتلاف المشروعة واختلاف العلماء فيها، وأما المطلب الثالث: شروط وأسباب إتلاف المصاحف والقائمين بالعملية.ووضحت شروط الإتلاف، وأسبابه، والقائم بإتلافها، ثم خاتمة البحث. Summary of Research: Since the Noble Quran was the word of God a series of conditions and rules led to its glory and sanctity. The people who insult the Noble Quran should be punished whether he insulted verbally or physically the need of an Islamic study concerning the punishment for those who destroy it is very important. This study is considered as a research that elucidates and explains one of the rules and teaching for the sanctity in the Noble Quran and it was divided into three demands: First demand: the punishment of those who destroy it with different examples and the cases that allows this tearing of this book. Second demand: the tearing of the Noble Quran for a legitimate purpose and showed the concept of interest leading to the destruction, and its Islamic ruling But the scientists of Islam had different views on the ways of destroying it and its approach. Third demand: the condition and reasons of the tearing of the Noble Quran and those who destroy it and the conclusion of the study.
